Box 941, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombanya Oduba Munganya, who died at Luliba Sub- location, on 7th August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2026 By Anastasia Aponsi Ochieng, of P.O. Box 210, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okwiri Omware Omware alias Okwiri Omware Okwiri, who died at Bulindo, Bukhalalire, on 7th December, 1981. CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2026 By Sylvester Esamai Odula, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Odula Oteu alias Francisco Oteu, who died at Alomodoi Sub-location, on 18th September, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
