TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026 By (1) Esther Nangila Wamalwa and (2) Emmanuel Wekesa Wafula, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnstone Wasike Masta alias Johnstone Wasike, who died at Endebes Distrct Hospital in Kenya, on 28th February, 2016. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2026 By Jacob Maelo Simiyu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Chanji Simiyu, who died on 13th September, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
