THE COUNTY GOVERNMENTS ACT

APPROVAL

NOTICE is given to all Members of the County Assembly of Embu and the general public that pursuant to Standing Order No. 33 of the County Assembly of Embu Standing Orders, there shall be a special sitting of the County Assembly, at the County Assembly Chambers, Spring Valley Area, along James Nyaga Crescent Road, off Embu-Meru Highway, on Friday, 15th May, 2026, at 11.00 a.m. and the business to be transacted shall be the Tabling and Approval Consideration on the Memorandum by the Governor on the Supplementary Appropriation Bill, 2026. In accordance with Standing Order No. 29 (4) of the County Assembly of Embu Standing Orders, the business specified shall be the only business before the Assembly during the special sitting.
