GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7110

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 137 (1) and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 137 (2) of the Public Finance Management Act, that the following persons are appointed and shall constitute the Isiolo County Budget and Economic Forum with effect from the 25th March 2026: Under Sections 137 (2) (a) and (b)— Abdi I. Hassan, Governor and Chair; James Lowasa (Dr.), Deputy Governor; Luqman Ahmed Abdi, County Executive Committee Member for Health Services and Acting County Executive Committee Member for Education, Youth, Sports, Gender, Culture and Social Services; Lucy Kagwiria Kaburu, County Executive Committee Member for Finance, Economic Planning, Revenue Services, ICT and e- Government, Civic Education and Public Participation, Peace and Cohesion; Guracha Kikuyu Sarite, County Executive Committee Member for Water, Energy, Environmental Resources and Climate Change; Yusuf Mohamed Galgalo, County Executive Committee Member for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries Development; Hussein Jirmo Katelo, County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Roads, Physical Planning and Urban Development; and Lawrence Mwongela Ikiamba (Dr.), County Executive Committee Member for Tourism, Trade, Cooperatives and Enterprise Development. Under Section 137(2)(c)— Fr. Robyn Lekorere; Moses Nderitu Waithaka; Adan Ahmed Golicha; Feisal Hassan; Adan Wako Giro Tomie Awuor Mboya; and Glory Kinya. For the avoidance of doubt, the appointment of the external members of the County Budget and Economic Forum under Section 137(2)(c) as under paragraphs 2 (a) to 2 (f) inclusive is valid for a period of three (3) years with effect from the 25th March, 2026.
