WHEREAS W. H. E Edgley’s Trust Registered Trustees, of P.O. Box 15144–00509, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that pieces of land known as L.R. Nos. 214/198 and 214/91, situate in the city of Nairobi (Muthaiga) in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a conveyance, registered in Volume N50, Folio 153/1, File 9109 and Volume N39, Folio 513/1, File 1554, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
