WHEREAS Mrs. Elena Vanotti, of P.O. Box 556, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership 15th May, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE interest of the Cottage No. 10, erected on portion No. 9699-Malindi, situate in the Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as CR. 33261, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
