WHEREAS (1) Jayendra Bavchand Shamji Karia and (2) Arunaben Jayendra Karia, both of P.O. Box 105562–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that Apartment No. A4 on 2nd floor Block A, erected on L.R No. 209/20592, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi area, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 150456/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said Lease has been lost, notice is hereby given that after the expiry of Sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement lease provided that no objection has been received within that period Dated the 15th May, 2026.
