WHEREAS Njeeri wa Ngugi, of P.O. Box 40–0104, Kajuku in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that Villa No. SPG/03/P2/H116, in Hibiscus Court 7 Villas, erected on that piece of land known as L.R. No. 28223/33, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered in I.R. 161070/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost notice is given that after the expiry of Sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
