REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peace Court Management Company Limited, of P.O. Box 14634–00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land, known as L.R. 330/353, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi area, by virtue of a conveyance, registered in Volume N80, Folio 14/71, File 11938, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement conveyance provided that no objection has been received within that period.
