REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Robert Githingi Muriithi, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 5.2 hectares or thereabout, known as Chembe/Kibabamshe/207, by virtue of a title deed, situate in the Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
