THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Carolyn Kemunto Okora and (2) Marjorie Moraa Okora, as administrators of the estate of Julia Nyangoge Okora (deceased), of P.O. Box 3080–00506, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that a piece of land, known as L.R. No. 209/10488/14, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 50428/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietors have indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
