REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Humphrey Mugambi Muga and (2) Ruth Mugambi Muga, both of P.O. Box 55191–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors of all that piece of land, known as L.R. 5982/17, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi area, by virtue of a conveyance, registered in Volume N55, Folio 400, File 6334, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said Conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
