THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Christian Bernhard Grzimek and (2) Stephan Michael Grzimek, as executors of the estate of Erika Ottilie Grzimek (deceased), of Roderbergweg 168, 60385 Frankfurt Am Main and Germany Herzogstrasse 79, 8076 Munich, respectively, are registered as proprietors of all that land, known as L.R. No. 1870/I/314, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant, registered as I.R. 29138, and whereas the said land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
