THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Shomari Hamud Sombo, of P.O. Box 1279–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Subdivision No. 2011/VI/MN, situate in west of Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CR. 10905, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, Dated the 15th May, 2026.
