REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abu Mohamed, of P.O. Box 69495–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.53 acres or thereabout, known as Portion No. 634 Malindi, situate in Malindi in Kilifi District, registered as LT. 34, Folio 180, File 2763, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register (folio) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indenture and reconstruct the deed file provided under section 33 (3) of the Act, Dated the 15th May, 2026.
