THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Andrew Kiptoo Chepkong’a and (2) Grace Cheptoo Chepkong’a, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 20.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Nakuru/Piave Settlement Scheme/1052, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
