THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimesis Kirui Simon (ID/14438972), of P.O. Box 1972–00208, Kajiado in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.20 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ngong/Ngong/94034, situated in Kajiado County, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Kajiado ELC JR/E12 of 2022, issued an order of mandamus compelling the Land Registrar, Kajiado North to register a transfer, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof is lost, notice is given that after expiration of sixty (60) from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided no valid objection has been received within that period.
