THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mary W. Mwangi (ID/1241553), (2) Henry Mwai Mwangi (ID/8043616) and (3) Samuel Waithaka Kahora (ID/6572752), as trustees of Assembly Christian Church, Pumwani, all of P.O. Box 30075–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2518 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 42/1196, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new white card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
