REGISTRATION

Whereas Mazingira Properties Limited, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in Kwale, registered under Title No. Kwale/Funzi Island/196, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said green card has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
