Whereas (1) George Ngure Kariuki (ID/1912829) and (2) John Kariuki Mbuu (ID/1869426), are the registered proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Kwale, registered under Title No. Kwale/Diani SS/186, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said green card has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
