GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7289

WHEREAS Joseph Kagai Machua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.11 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Ndeiya/Nduma/T. 269, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 1746 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Lucy Ngugi Kangai and (2) Charity Munyua, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Kagai Machua (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Lucy Ngugi Kangai and (2) Charity Munyua, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Kagai Machua (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
