GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7290

WHEREAS Joseph Kariuki Karuri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.9 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Muguga/Jetscheme/369, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kikuyu in Succession Cause No. E77 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Paul E. Gathere Wanjohi and (2) Samuel Kahura Kariuki, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Kariuki Karuri (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Paul E. Gathere Wanjohi and (2) Samuel Kahura Kariuki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Kariuki Karuri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
