GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7291

WHEREAS Samuel Boro Mamias (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.809 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Lari/Kiambaa/694, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 1580 of 2001, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Public Trustee, to be vested to Lucy Wamaitha Boro and thereafter to (1) Rachel Mary Wangui, (2) Esther Martha Wakinyo, (3) Jane Magdalene Wanjiku and (4) Ann Susan Wanjiku (children), and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Boro Mamias (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said Public Trustee, to be vested to Lucy Wamaitha Boro and thereafter to (1) Rachel Mary Wangui, (2) Esther Martha Wakinyo, (3) Jane Magdalene Wanjiku and (4) Ann Susan Wanjiku (children), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Boro Mamias (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
