REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gladys Nyawira Muriithi (deceased), is registered as the proprietor of all that piece of land known as parcel No. Gakawa/Githima Block 1/Ichuga/633, containing 0.2444 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Nyeri district, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri, in Succession Cause No. 210 of 2002 has issued letters of administration to Muriithi Muthui as the administrator and beneficiary. And whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said Piece of land is lost and cannot be traced, notice is given that after expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided No valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favor of the said Muriithi Muthui, as the administrator and beneficiary, and upon such registration title deed issued earlier to the said Gladys Nyawira Muriithi (Deceased) shall be deemed Cancelled and of no effect.
