THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Ndungu Nderu (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 0.0480 hectare or thereabouts, known as Makuyu/Makuyu/Block 1/3257, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Murang’a in Succession Cause No. E206 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Bilha Marigu Ndungu (ID/1024557), and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Bilha Marigu Ndungu (ID/1024557), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Ndungu Nderu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
