THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wanjiku S. Waringu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 0.2024 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Karati/8621, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 118 of 2024 has issued letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to James Mureithi S. Waringu, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Wanjiku S. Waringu (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument L.R.A 39 and L.R. 42 and upon such registration of the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Wanjiku S.
