GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7308

WHEREAS Ann Kabura Chomba (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Marmanet/North Rumuruti Block 2/4623 (Ndurumo), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 45 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Edward Mburu Irungu, and whereas the said Edward Mburu Irungu has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 19, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission of L.R.A. 19 in the name of Edward Mburu Irungu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ann Kabura Chomba (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
