THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kwinga Kaithya Ngulu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.5 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mutonguni/Mithini/785, situate in the district of Kitui, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kitui in Succession Cause No. E98 of 2025, has issued letters of administration in favour of Benson Munyoki Kwinga, and whereas the said Benson Munyoki Kwinga has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Kwinga Kaithya Ngulu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said L.R.A. 39, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Kwinga Kaithya Ngulu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
