NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 940, in Volume D1, Folio 145/1481, File MMXXVI, by our client, Daniel Kipkemoi Terer Abodayat, of P.O. Box 1703– 650–20406, Sotik in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Daniel Kipkemoi Terer, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Daniel Kipkemoi Terer, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Daniel Kipkemoi Terer Abodayat, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Daniel Kipkemoi Terer Abodayat only.
