NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 962, in Volume D1, Folio 146/1486, File MMXXVI, by our client, Stephen Sila Malonza, of P.O. Box 7969, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nzeki Sila, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nzeki Sila, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Stephen Sila Malonza, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Stephen Sila Malonza only.
