NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 766, in Volume D1, Folio 137/1408, File MMXXVI, by our client, Mary Nyokabi Kimani, of P.O. Box 203052, Wanjohi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Nyokabi Mwangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Nyokabi Mwangi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Nyokabi Kimani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name, Mary Nyokabi Kimani only.
