NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th May, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 128, in Volume D1, Folio 155/1557, File MMXXIV, by our client, Monte Godfrey Waiharo Kajamaa (guardian), on behalf of Jamie Waiharo Monte (minor), formerly known as Jamie Waiharo Gichuhi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jamie Waiharo Gichuhi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jamie Waiharo Monte, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Jamie Waiharo Monte only.
