NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 183, in Volume B.13, Folio 21457/2369, No. 1637, by our client, Tom Odhiambo Mbuya Onyango, formerly known as Tom Odhiambo Onyango, of P.O. Box 1279–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Tom Odhiambo Onyango, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Tom Odhiambo Mbuya Onyango, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name, Tom Odhiambo Mbuya Onyango only.
