NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1035, in Volume D1, Folio 148/1505, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Machua Kahochio, of P.O. Box 1032– 00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Washington Machua Kahochio, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Washington Machua Kahochio and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Machua Kahochio, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Machua Kahochio only.
