NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 17th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 112, in Volume B13, Folio 2497/22909, File No. 1637, by our client, Kimbe Saidah, formerly known as Saidah Abdallah Athmed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Saidah Abdallah Athmed, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kimbe Saidah, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Charles Felix Mwadomenyi only.
