IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Standing Order No. 31 of the County Assembly of Baringo Standing Orders and pursuant to Article 196 of the Constitution of Kenya, notice is given to all Members of the County Assembly and the general public that special sittings shall be held at the County Assembly Chambers on Friday, 22nd May, 2026 at 9.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. in order to transact the following business: (a) Adoption of the Report of the Budget and Appropriations Committee on the Governor’s memorandum on the First Supplementary Appropriation Bill, 2026 (The Baringo County Assembly Bill No. 1 of 2026); (b) Committee of the Whole House on the Baringo County Supplemntary Appropriation Bill, 2026 (The Baringo County Assembly Bill No. 1 of 2026); and (c) Third Reading of the Baringo County Supplementary Appropriation Bill, 2026 (The Baringo County Assembly Bill No. 1 of 2026).
