APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 30 (2) (l) of the County Governments Act, 2012, as read with section 77 (1) and 79 (1), (2) of the Water Act, 2016 and all other enabling provisions of law, the Governor, Baringo County appoints the following persons to be Members of the Board of Directors of Chemususu Water and Sanitation Company (CHEWASCO), for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the date herein.
