THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Muiruri Gatuati (deceased), is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.09310 hectare or thereabouts, known as Dagoretti/Mutuini/T. 229, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas (1) John Nduati Muiruri, (2) Joseph Thairu and (3) James Ngugi Muiruri, are the administrators of the estate of the deceased, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
