THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Linet Nafula Masika, as administrator, of P.O. Box 1584, Webuye in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas Ndombi Waswa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as North/Kabras/Kiliboti/387, situate in the county of Kakamega, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas the gave orders dated the 7th October, 2024, grant of administration and also issued certificate of confirmation on the 10th April, 2025, through Succession Cause No. E109 of 2024, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
