THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Cornelius Muthuri Mwega (ID/8932985), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.502, 0.923 and 0.850 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Meru, known as Nkuene/U-Mikumbune/2345, 2346 and 2347, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of titles issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new certificate of titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
