REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Moturi Andrew Nyaboga (ID/249124), of P.O. Box 55, Nyansiongo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in Nyamira County, known as Nyansiongo Settlement Scheme/1073, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
