REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiptagich Tea Estates Limited, is registered as proprietor of all that a piece of land containing 28.80 hectares or thereabout known as Nakuru/Baraget Settlement Scheme/713, situate in Nakuru District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
