REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njeri Mbutha Kagume alias Jane Njeri Wambutha (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that parcel of land containing 0.083 hectare or thereabouts, situated in Kajiado County, registered under title No: Kajiado/Dalalekutuk/392, and whereas at the Public Trustee’s Administration Cause No. 264 of 2021, has issued certificate of summary administration in favour of Dorcas Anyango Nyalwidhe to be registered as public trustee, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof have been lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the said land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
