WHEREAS Josephatz Mulwa Yundu, of P.O. Box 1, Makueni in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property, situate in the county of Makueni, registered under title No. Makueni/Unoa/4604, by virtue of a white/green card and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said white/green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
