GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7578

WHEREAS Eliud Otieno Osanya alias Eliud Osanya Otieno (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Buoye/1813, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Winam in Succession Cause No. E138 of 2024, has issued grant in favour of Esbon Juma Oketch, and whereas the court has confirmed the grant in favour Esbon Juma Oketch, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Eliud Otieno Osanya alias Eliud Osanya Otieno (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Eliud Otieno Osanya alias Eliud Osanya Otieno (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
