THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tabrandich Jemabwai Bett (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kiplombe/Kuinet Block 7 (Kuinet)/41, situate in Uasin Gishu County, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. 94 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Peter Kipketer Betta and (2) Simon Kipchumba Chepkwony, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Tabrandich Jemabwai Bett (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
