THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charles Yumbya Kithuku (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.38 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kitui, known as Kyangwithya East/Kangau/420, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kitui in Succession Cause No. E459 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Ngondu Yumbya, and whereas the said Ngondu Yumbya, has executed land application to be registered as proprietors by transmission L.R.A. 39, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said James Charles Yumbya Kithuku (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said L.R.A. 39 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Charles Yumbya Kithuku (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
