NOTICE is given that a petition for liquidation of the Company, a limited liability company, of company number PVT-MKUA5Q6 with its registered office at Nine Riverside, Riverside Drive, Nairobi, of P.O. Box 38714, Nairobi, was presented by a creditor on the 28th January, 2026, at the High Court, Commercial and Tax Division sitting at Nairobi , Milimani Law Courts. The petition is Scheduled for mention before the Court, on the 11th June, 2026, at 9.00 a.m. or soon thereafter and any creditor or contributory of the Company wishing to support or oppose making of an Order on the petition may appear at the time of the mention in person or through their Advocate for that purpose. An electronic copy of the petition will be provided by the Petitioner to any creditor or contributory of the Company upon request. Dated on the 25 February, 2026.
