APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to sections 2, 26, 27 and 28 of the Mental Health Act and the Regulation thereof, take notice that this court in Misc. Application No. E262 of 2023 has appointed Christine Wachu Mwangi, as a Manager and legal guardian of the estate and all affairs of Jeniffer Wanjiku Mwangi. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.
