NOTICE is issued persuant to the provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of Kenya to the owners of the Motor Vehicle Chassis No. GRS180-00-65503; Toyota Crown and Reg. No. KBA 845Y; Nissan Note, which has been lying at our garage situated at Mlango Kubwa, Nairobi, from January, 2021 to date, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication and upon payment of all the storage charges and repairs failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold by public auction or private treaty without further notice to the owners and proceeds therefrom will be defrayed against all storage charges, charged @ 350/- per day and any other incidental cost and any shortfall will be collected from the owners by legal proceeding.
